What it does for you
Sell by pack, strip or tablet
Enter the units per strip and per pack once on a medicine, then sell any mix on the same bill. The price is worked out from the pack price, and stock is kept in the smallest unit, so the count is always exact.
Start from the DRAP price list
Add medicines from a central list of about 21,000 DRAP-registered medicines and their registered prices, instead of typing each one. When DRAP changes a price, you are shown the change and choose whether to apply it.
Batch and expiry
Record the batch and expiry when you buy, or on your opening stock. The expiry report shows what has already expired and what expires this month, next month, or within three or six months.
Distributor bills as they are printed
The purchase screen takes a distributor's bill the way it is printed: bonus quantity, two discounts, sales tax per line and the advance tax (236H) on the bill, with the total checked against the paper. The AI assistant can read a photo of the bill into a draft for you to check and post.
A fast counter, for one person or three
A keyboard-first counter: search or scan, take cash or credit, print the slip in one keystroke. Each counter boy can have his own PIN, so every bill shows who made it, and the owner decides what he may discount.
Udhaar that adds up
Sell on credit to a named customer and the amount goes on their account. Their ledger shows every bill and payment with a running balance, and you can send the statement on WhatsApp.
Stock counts and returns
Count the shelf item by item, see the difference against the system, and post it once you are sure. Take back a whole bill, or part of one, from the counter.
Keeps billing without the internet
Sales taken offline are saved on the device and posted when the connection returns, and they cannot post twice.
An online medicine shop (add-on)
Give your customers a shop link to share on WhatsApp. They browse your medicines and order, or send a photo of their prescription, and the order lands in the same app your counter runs on, with the same stock and the same books. It is a paid add-on on top of your plan.
A WhatsApp AI assistant
Customer messages on your WhatsApp Business number appear in the app next to that customer's account. The AI assistant suggests a reply, and an order taken in the chat becomes a real order in your books.
Questions pharmacy and medical-store owners ask
Can I sell a single strip or tablet from a pack?
Yes. Enter units per strip and per pack on the item once, then sell by pack, strip or tablet on the same bill. The price is worked out from the pack price, and stock is kept in the smallest unit so the count is always exact.
Will I know before medicines expire?
Yes. Record batch and expiry when you buy, or on your opening stock, and the expiry report lists what has already expired and what expires this month, next month, or within three or six months.
Can I start with the DRAP medicine list?
Yes. When you set up a pharmacy you can load the list, or add medicines from it as you sell them. It holds about 21,000 DRAP-registered medicines with their registered prices. A medicine you add becomes your own, so you can change its price and details, and you can link medicines you already have to the list.
Does BillingApp work with FBR or add sales tax to my bills?
FBR-connected invoicing is not included in BillingApp today. If you need it, contact us to discuss a separately quoted implementation and its delivery time. BillingApp does not add sales tax to customer sale bills. On a distributor's purchase bill it records the sales tax, the further tax and the advance tax (236H) exactly as printed, and checks the total against the paper.
Does billing stop when the internet goes?
No. Sales taken offline are saved on the device and posted when you reconnect, and they cannot double-post. The receipt shows a temporary number that becomes the real bill number on sync.
Can my staff bill without seeing my profit?
Yes. Roles and permissions are set per user across sales, purchases, payments, reports and settings, so a counter operator sees the till and not your profit.
Can you move my data from my old software?
Yes. We move customers, suppliers, products, stock and full transaction history. Receivables and payables are reconciled against your existing system and shown to match before you switch, old bill numbers are kept so your staff and customers still recognise them, and anything that does not tie is set aside and shown to you rather than quietly absorbed. It is quoted separately because it is real work.
Medical store ka hisaab, Roman Urdu mein
BillingApp medical store aur pharmacy ke liye banaya gaya hai. Dawai pack, strip ya akeli goli (tablet) ke hisaab se bechein, aur stock hamesha sahi rehta hai.

Udhaar wale gahak ka poora khata ek jagah hai: har bill, har payment, aur baqi raqam. Khata WhatsApp par bhi bhej sakte hain.
