Can I try it before paying?
Yes — one month free with every feature unlocked, and no card. If it is not right for your shop, walk away and nothing is charged.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
There is no setup fee and no card is needed for the free month. If it is not right for your shop, walk away and nothing is charged. Moving your data from old software is quoted separately.
How many users and businesses does each plan include?
Basic is one business with one user. Standard is one business with three users and roles. Enterprise is multiple businesses with unlimited users. Extra users are PKR 1,000 a month each and extra businesses PKR 2,500 a month each.
Is the online shop included?
The WhatsApp online shop is a paid add-on, priced separately from the plan. Ask us for the current price when you start.
Can you move my data from my old software?
Yes. We move customers, suppliers, products, stock and full transaction history. Receivables and payables are reconciled against your existing system and shown to match before you switch, old bill numbers are kept so your staff and customers still recognise them, and anything that does not tie is set aside and shown to you rather than quietly absorbed. It is quoted separately because it is real work.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours. Ask us and we will export your customers, products and full transaction history in a standard format — we do not hold your books hostage.
