Search by name, brand or barcode and find the item at counter speed, even with tens of thousands of products on file.
A price list for each kind of customer
Keep a retail and a wholesale rate, and your own lists such as VIP or hospital. Give each customer a list and the bill uses it; the owner sets the largest discount each person may give.
A wholesale rate on bulk orders
Give an item a wholesale price and a minimum quantity. At or above that quantity, the wholesale price is applied on the bill by itself.
Credit customers and statements
Hospitals and pharmacies buy on account. Party ledgers, ageing balances and statements you can send on WhatsApp are built in, not bolted on.
Purchases, returns and amendments
Enter purchases with the supplier's bill number, return goods to a supplier or take a sale back, and amend a bill without losing the original. A bill is amended or voided, never deleted, and totals leave out the old version.

Questions distributor owners ask
Can I charge a different rate to different customers?
Yes. Keep a retail and a wholesale price list, and make your own, such as VIP or hospital. Give each customer a list and the bill uses it. The owner decides the largest discount each person may give, and a salesman cannot sell below the lowest list price he is allowed.
How do I keep track of udhaar?
Sell on credit to a named customer and the amount goes onto their account. Their ledger shows every bill and payment with a running balance, and you can send them the statement on WhatsApp.
Can you move my data from my old software?
Yes. We move customers, suppliers, products, stock and full transaction history. Receivables and payables are reconciled against your existing system and shown to match before you switch, old bill numbers are kept so your staff and customers still recognise them, and anything that does not tie is set aside and shown to you rather than quietly absorbed. It is quoted separately because it is real work.
Can my staff bill without seeing my profit?
Yes. Roles and permissions are set per user across sales, purchases, payments, reports and settings, so a counter operator sees the till and not your profit.
How many users and businesses does it support?
Basic is one business with one user. Standard is one business with three users and roles. Enterprise is multiple businesses with unlimited users. Extra users are PKR 1,000 a month each and extra businesses PKR 2,500 a month each.
Does BillingApp work with FBR or add sales tax to my bills?
FBR-connected invoicing is not included in BillingApp today. If you need it, contact us to discuss a separately quoted implementation and its delivery time. BillingApp does not add sales tax to customer sale bills. On a distributor's purchase bill it records the sales tax, the further tax and the advance tax (236H) exactly as printed, and checks the total against the paper.
