What it does for you
A standing order, one line per product
The customer picks a published product, a quantity, and the days. A litre can be ordered by the half. A packed item is a whole unit. A second order for the same product updates that line.
The price comes from your shop
The page reads the published price. The customer's browser does not send a price. Sample milk products are added unpublished, at sample prices, until you set a real price and publish them.
The morning round
Each day gets a delivery row for Karachi's date. You mark it delivered or skipped. An extra is that day only and does not change the standing quantity. A skip does not pause the order.
One bill for the delivered days
You press a button while signed in. It bills the delivered rows that are not on a bill yet, at the price saved on each row. Pressing it again bills nothing new. Cash taken on the round is a receipt, not a second bill.
Questions dairy and milk shop owners ask
Do I have to be a milk shop?
No. Any trade can turn repeating orders on. Choosing dairy in setup only turns that mode on and offers two unpublished sample products. It does not change how a pharmacy or a distributor is set up.
Will a monthly bill fail because I have not received stock?
The sample milk products are services, so the bill is not blocked by stock. If you later sell milk as stock, the usual stock check applies.
Does BillingApp work with FBR or add sales tax to my bills?
FBR-connected invoicing is not included in BillingApp today. If you need it, contact us to discuss a separately quoted implementation and its delivery time. BillingApp does not add sales tax to customer sale bills. On a distributor's purchase bill it records the sales tax, the further tax and the advance tax (236H) exactly as printed, and checks the total against the paper.
Does billing stop when the internet goes?
No. Sales taken offline are saved on the device and posted when you reconnect, and they cannot double-post. The receipt shows a temporary number that becomes the real bill number on sync.
