Refund & Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be: - unused and in its original packaging, with tags attached - returned with its order number

How to request it: - WhatsApp us on 0345 6491425 with your order number and a photo. - We will tell you where to send it. - Once we receive it, we send the replacement.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will put it right.
