Can I place a second order? Please place each order only once. Our system blocks duplicate and fake orders. If you want to order again, kindly wait until your first order has been delivered, then place your next order.

Will you call me? We may call you from 0332-7217149 if needed. This number is for outgoing calls only - it does not receive calls or reply to messages. Please save it so you recognise our call.

How long does delivery take? Orders are delivered in 5-7 working days across Pakistan. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

How can I track my order? Use the Track order page with your order number and phone number.

Do I need to buy in bulk to get wholesale prices? No. Every product is already at wholesale price, even if you buy just one item. There is no minimum quantity and no separate bulk rate.

What does a 1+1 deal mean? A 1+1 deal means you get two items for the price shown - buy one and get one free.

Why are your prices so low? We sell every product at wholesale price and run regular deals and discounts of up to 75% off, so you pay less than typical retail prices.

What is your return policy? All sales are final. If an item arrives missing, damaged or incorrect, send a continuous unboxing video (from sealed parcel to contents) with your order number on WhatsApp 0337-7217149 within 12 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Can I see the products before ordering? Yes - watch our live sessions and demo videos to see products in action.
