Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with what you receive.

• Exchange within 7 days of delivery if the fabric is unused, uncut and in its original packing.
• Send us a photo on WhatsApp (0343-6193456) with your order number and we will arrange the exchange.
• Colour may differ slightly from the photo because of screen settings and lighting; this is not a defect.
• Return courier charges are paid by the customer unless the item was wrong or damaged.
• Refunds, where agreed, are made by bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the parcel back.
